I am the hero of my story.

My life can be challenging, but that is okay. I am the hero in this story. I know that I am destined for victory and greatness.

I am turning my situation around for the better. Regardless of how amazing my life may be, I can make it even better.

My life is becoming a shining example of what one person can accomplish.

I am responsible for the results in my life. I relish this perspective because of the power it gives me. I can alter anything if I take responsibility for it. I take full responsibility for overcoming the challenges in my life.

I am deciding right now to be my hero. I know that I have to save myself. I avoid the belief that someone is coming to save me.

Everything in my life is moving in a positive direction. Every part of my life is becoming better. I am becoming more capable. Each day brings me closer to living the life I have always dreamed about.

I relish the hero role. I am made to be a hero. I am showing the world how a hero behaves. I am the hero of this story, my story.

Today, I am my own hero. I am taking control of my life and making positive changes. I am the perfect example of how a hero behaves. I am saving my life and making it the stuff of legends.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. What part of my life is most in need of a boost? What can I do to provide that boost?
  2. What excuses do I use to justify my lack of progress? Am I willing to let go of those excuses and take full responsibility?
  3. How can I be a hero to myself? What would that look like?
