My fears and concerns are melting away.

When I feel fearful, I look for a solution. If a solution can be found, I just relax and put my solution into action. If I fail to find a solution, I relax anyway.

If I can handle the situation, worrying is silly. If the situation is out of my control, worrying is still silly.

My fears and concerns only serve as alarms that I should pay attention to. I pay attention and then make a decision. Once I make a decision, my fears and concerns simply melt away.

I am focused on enjoying my life. I refuse to keep my focus on my fears and concerns.

I am able to relax my mind and body easily and whenever I choose. I have control over my attention, so I have control over my stress.

I focus on whatever deserves my focus. I am focused on making progress in my life. Focusing on my fears stops all progress. I make intelligent decisions and focus on implementing those decisions.

I am feeling relaxed and free. My mind and body are feeling calm. I can feel all the tension in my body simply drifting away. My mind is feeling peaceful. My body is feeling loose and warm.

Today, I am leaving my fears and concerns behind. All of the stress and anxiety are evaporating from my mind and body. I am feeling calm, relaxed, and capable.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. What is the biggest challenge I am facing in my life? What can I do about it?
  2. What is the greatest source of stress in my life? What can I do about it?
  3. What are three activities that I find relaxing?
