Self-Reflections: I choose to let go of all worry.

Worrying is a choice I refuse to make. It fails to serve a worthwhile purpose in my day to day life. Instead, I choose to feel calm, cool, and collected. This is a more effective emotion and attitude for me.

I am at my best when I am relaxed.

When I catch myself worrying, I ask myself, “What does worrying accomplish?” Worrying can only make my life miserable, and who wants to be miserable? Not me!

Letting go of my worries, on the other hand, allows me to smile more easily and get more enjoyment out of life.

Things work out for the best if I release my worry and focus on the things I can control. If I can make something better, I do. If I lack the power to make it better, I refuse to worry about it. After all, when does worrying ever make anything better?

I have a positive outlook on life. I trust that everything is eventually going to happen in my favor. I have high expectations, and my expectations are met regularly. With positive expectations, I am free of worry.

Today, I expect good things to happen. I am free of worry and anxiety. I look forward to having an amazing day.
